The National Treasury and Planning wishes to recall the public notice on the draft Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering (Criminal Assets Recovery Fund) (Administration) Regulations, 2020, which was published on MyGov issue of 18th August, 2020 and uploaded on the National Treasury’s as well as the Financial Reporting Centre’s websites to allow for further consultations with the key stakeholders.
